I am on the National Do Not Call registry and believe that I should have the ability to complain and win some sort of suit from the company.

We are on the Do Not Call registry, didn't seem to matter. Said he has information that we have more than $10k credit card debt, and said he worked for Nationwide, we told him to put us on the do not call list, and refused saying that he will call again, and again. Reported call to FCC.

The person continuously calls for someone that does not live here.

He asked for my bank account information and stayed that he knew my address ;when I denied him my info and I told him I was going to report him he starting cursing me out...this is a fraud
